Jack in the Box

This visit was a disaster! Not only did the not have Egg rolls, they didn't have chocolate cakes. They wouldn't take $100 bill. Said it was company policy that they couldn't take anything above a $20 bill... I was asked to go get change and come back.... ok After doing that I went in the place to pay and get my order... gave a $20 and they didn't even have the change for that..... thats just crazy for some tiny tacos!

its disappointing because sometimes they are really good but when i order at night it's made wrong EVERY time!!!! they had my dasher in line for over 35 mins for 2 combos that were made incorrectly. waste of money.

3 separate visits in the last week and ALL 3 were bad. 1st visit, ordered stuffed peppers and tacos, peppers were overcooked so bad that there was no filling left in any of them. 2nd visit, on Wednesday 08/27 ordered Tacos, was informed they were out of lettuce and taco sauce (a very regular occurrence at this location), so I ordered a Texas Double Jack. Half of the bun was hard as a rock, the patties were liked hockey pucks, either overcooked or had been cooked a long time ago, and no sauce of any kind, the burger was dry. Went back again tonight, parking lot and the sign were dark and there were 3 cars in the drive through that had already ordered. I ordered tacos and pulled up as another car pulled in behind me (this was approx. 9 pm on a Saturday night). We sat in line with NO moveme

Waited in drive thru 25 min for 2 kids meals. Got to the window to pay and they only gave me one meal. When the girl gave me my change, she had it wadded up in the receipt and it all fell to the ground. No apology for that or the wrong order. Silsbee deserves better than this!

I have ben to this establishment a dozen times or so, My Wife sends me, so I go, I have not gotten a correct order, one time they forgot i was there so I asked after 45 minutes of being in there alone if they have forgot my order they, basically overlooked it,I went in today 9.8.25 and they don't expect hundred dollar bills so I went to the bank, got change, returned, they closed early? so, if you are elderly,blonde hair & wear a full brim hat you may consider this when you're wife ask you to go get her something frome this establishment, I finally asked my wife to not send me here again,
