Jack in the Box

I ordered through doordash and everything kept getting worse. First, they forgot my drink for the munchies meal like the picture below submitted from dasher shows. My fiance then takes out his burger and it was so small and the bread was also hard. Then, I put my burger down from munchie meals that should have two patties, to bite my taco and the top bun fell and i seen the patty on top looked like it was bitten three times, attaching pictures below. So disgusting and concerning. I pray to get a full refund because I can’t imagine ever spending money at this location.

first of all, took about 15 minutes to get our food out and we were in the drive through. while we were also at the speaker they made us wait about 3 minutes. and most importantly they FORGOT my moms sandwhich. unacceptable, my mother paid for that sandwhich and she deserves it.

Even though there was hardly anyone in the actual restaurant, the drive through only had us in it and one car behind us and we had to pull to the front & wait quite a bit for two burgers & fries. Not even meals. That was odd. Then they crammed our food into one tiny bag you couldn't reach your food out of (did they run out of big bags?). Food was mediocre this time. Disappointed in what you pay as far as what you get for it. Isn't it like that most places now? Sad. I won't go outta my way to eat at Jacks anymore after the last two times of the food being disappointing. Not when there is tons of other options.

Didn't take long to get my order but don't expect your sandwich to even remotely resemble the photo! Pretty sad! Ultimate Breakfast Sandwich literally looked sat on. Jack's Spicy Chicken appeared to be yesterday's order, fried at least twice or fried in oil as old as the location itself. And to top it off, no napkins included in the drive thru! Where has customer service and quality gone or are these just antiquated notions???!!!

Great service food was fresh and hot got the midnight.munchies meal and can't not get tacos. Jack in the box is my go to for a good cheap filling meal love the shakes egg rolls tacos are a must curly fries are great on a budget #1
