Not only is the team members rude the force you to order on the kiosk and then they have signs with how long you can sit inside. Very rude and no customer service skills. Will never visit this location again nor would I recommend it.
My wife and I can't seem to get enough of Jack in the Box meals and deals, plus friendly staff and a clean dining room helps also. Wish I could give 100 stars. Would definitely continue to order food from there.
Stop asking me to pull around to the front to wait for my food... when I am the only customer! Customer satisfaction is more important than some metric that the POS system tracks.
The worst fast food service I have ever had. I keep trying to give them a break knowing that it's very hard to keep help but I won't be going back.
T oday i was served by a very rude employee,She¨s young and thin and had a terrible attitude,i ordered a large soda and she insisted on giving me a medium one,saying it was because they didn´t have lids for the large cups,That´s not my FAULT!!!
