We bought China King instead. It was more money but that’s really not the point anymore, is it? What you’re eating for what you’re paying is the point. When you charge $18.00 for 1 poor quality fast food burger, fries, and a drink — you’re misreading your customers entirely. You are not getting it. You’re fast food—charging what a sit down burger joint charges that gives you an actual experience. An overpriced crappy fast food joint with workers who don’t care, close the store before closing time (on a regular basis) doesn’t follow directions, and are continually having issues with orders. Better figure it out before yall turn into the next steak and shakes. $18.00 for one on the go 0 experience crappy gross meal — think you’re something you’re not. Oh and, you can’t even add the taco boxe

This location goes up and down.. 10 years ago it was awful, then it got better, and now back on the decline. Food is good most of the time. But we went the other day and it was just meh.. fries cold, burger seemed to have been sitting for a long time, tacos def not fresh.. Maybe just an off day. But seriously, call the JintheBox in Lakes St Louis and ask how they make their tacos so fresh!!

Stopped by on a road trip because we needed gas. There is construction work going on next to the speaker - We can’t hear anything so we decide to pull up to the window. We were given attitude at the window saying they can’t take orders at the window and she said their speaker was broken. Great customer service 0/10 poor excuse of a business.

I woukd give zero stars if I could. Sat at the windows for 10 minutes without even being greeted while other cars behind started honking and leaving due to the wait. Saw all the cars in front of me clear and still no one talked over the speaker. I thought it was broke so I just pulled around to order. Saw 2 boys on their phones and ignoring me. When I finally got his attention at the window he told me he didn't hear anyone at the window and he just got back up front?? Sounded like they were messing around in the back and ignoring customers. He then proceeded to take the order of the person behind me at the speaker before helping me at the window. I watched as he got the other order ready still without coming back to help me so I just drove off. Worst experience ever.

I've been a patron of this location for a few months now. I go for breakfast almost every morning after work. I am always greeted and welcomed in. The customer service is 5/5. The Manager Kim does an outstanding job overall. The customer service she provides is the reason I keep coming to this location. You can't get anything better and you can't beat the price especially their breakfast items. All the other employees are polite and do a good job aswell. I will continue to come to this location. The people working here really do deserve the recognition.
