Jack in the Box

It was a nice and clean Jack in the Box. There were were plenty of tables and chairs. Food was freshly made and good. Restrooms were clean. Moreover, the staffs were welcoming and very helpful. I will definitely visit again

Never been to this location before. 1) the lobby stunk bad, mildew and like a very dirty toilet. Even the customer behind us, a little kid walked in with his mother he made faces "whats that smell?!" 🤢 2) bad customer service, especially from the lead person. No one knew how to remove a charge made by mistake. Not even lead guy, he had to call a manager. Who really didn't care either it seems. 3) it was taking so long with rude encounter that we just asked for a refund and left. But that lobby smell, it was bad.

Please teach your Spanish speaking employees some manners! SCREAMING and YELLING at the top of their lungs the entire visit, BLASTING Mexican music at high volumes from the kitchen. It makes for a VERY obnoxious experience...

I never got a receipt. I ordered 4 tacos and only got 2. And I don’t know why they put ranch in my bag if I wanted ketchup. Curly fries weren’t fresh.

This Jack in the Box was AMAZING!! "FAST FOOD" that was actually FAST!! The wait in the drive through was very minimal and we had about 3-4 cars ahead of us! Food was served with a smile, nothing like professional service! If you are ever in the Flagstaff area, highly recommend trying them out! They are conveniently located right off interstate 40! Wish they had Jack in the Box everywhere!
