Ordered DoorDash through them, they gave extra cold fries instead of curly fries, Mozzerla sticks were cold and they gave 1 piece of bacon after I paid extra for more, cheap.

They do not wear gloves when dealing with your food or drinks, as they were also touching around the rim of my cup, and dealing with my food when putting it in the bag. Highly unsanitary! They often are “out of” salad and curly fries. Even though the salad bar is very much full, you can see in the window as going through the drive through. They don’t wear hair nets either. But overall, They have good and positive attitudes, and are super nice and cheering! Just wish it was was more sanitary.

When did was called she liked annoyed because my handicap self didn't jump up to get it after a 2 hour car ride. My hubby got it after slipping and sliding in the bathroom due to the floor. The woman's bathroom smelled like rotten asparagus and brussel sprouts. If I could have held it...I would have. Feet stuck to the floor throughout. Added pics of shoe prints in the dirt. Didn't fill my drink (redbull). Hubby got bottled water in case the soda machine was as clean as the floors and bathrooms. If I could have gotten right back into the car and gone somewhere else, we would have...

Sticker shock. Haven't been to Jack for a few years. Oh boy! 2 meals with sodas. $36 Everything has gone up. Just a shock to my 80 yr old brain! My BIG hamburgers were One dollar! This not as much a critique as an observation. All else was fine.

Grilled chicken sandwich was inedible. The thing was hard. A Hockey puck would probably have tasted better. Inside has not been cleaned in along time. Had to pry my self off the extremely sticky floor
