Had to ask how much longer after 42 minutes. Wait time was 45 minutes for 2 pizzas. And a cinnamon wheel. A lead and two employees were working. Very nice, however, had no sense of urgency to prepare food being ordered.
Papa Murphy's seems to always deliver freshness and a good quality product. The online ordering is a breeze and offers completeness of their products and is easy to use. The employees are friendly and indicate their appreciation for your business. It's a winner in my opinion.
Papa Murphys is better than any other pizza chain. I highly recommend Papa Murphys to anyone, you won't be disappointed. The only I would say that needs help is more staff. For how busy they get, they need more help to get the orders out quicker. Our order said it would be done by 535pm but wasn't done til 6pm. In the end we were still happy with everything. Thank you
The local store is excellent. However Papa Murphy's website is one of the most horrible place to work with placing an order. No reason why it is so difficult. Recommend replacing your IT team with people who understand how customer will navigate to place orders.
I was greeted by the lady with purple/ black hair. I was given extraordinary service at the door and the food was delicious
