Jack in the Box

Giving you the five because the restaurant is very clean. Don't particularly like so I had the two tacos deal, seems like everybody is really in a hurry there when there is no need to be with that my tacos were very greasy. It is a self-serve order place you have to order on a kiosk, everything came out real quick, they do have a drive-thru or you can still do the talking and they still pick up your order. I only waited about 5 minutes if even that.

Every time I visit, the staff is amazing. The girls working today were so sweet and fixed my order quickly. They’re always kind, efficient, and on top of everything. Thank you ladies for being phenomenal!

Absolutely unacceptable experience because of an employee named Marjan. From the second I walked up, she was already on her phone and clearly annoyed that she even had to look up. No greeting, no “what can I get for you,” nothing. I had to repeat myself because she wasn’t paying attention and just stared at the screen like I was interrupting her personal time. When I asked a simple question about the menu, she rolled her eyes HARD, sighed, and answered in a rude, sarcastic tone. Every response felt irritated and disrespectful. She barely looked at me, kept smacking on gum, and acted like I was stupid for asking anything at all. At one point she straight up ignored me and kept scrolling on her phone until I spoke again. I was getting hungry and suddenly craved chicken, perfect timing because I spotted Jack in the Box! I decided to try their crispy chicken burger with fries and a milk boba for the first time, and it was amazing! I loved the crispy chicken with fresh tomatoes, veggies, and sauces (i love the honey mustard), it totally made my day. Plus, the drive-thru server was really nice!

There was a big parking lot and a drive through! The staff was so nice and positive! I loved their Pineapple Express Shake!! It was really thick, creamy and flavorful! The hash browns were crispy and not oily at all!! The tacos were thin but they were okay😅 The loaded breakfast sandwich was amazing! Golden crispy, the bacon and sausage were good too!!
