Jack in the Box

I have always enjoyed Jack in the Box restaurants. Yet, the view & close proximity to the freeway are about the only things going for this location. The service was terrible and the men’s bathroom was disgusting.

This store is intentionally preparing their breakfast items poorly at night. This is the third time where my bun was stale, hard and tasted like it came from the floor or someone stepped on it. Every time it’s the same. The eggs also taste old, maybe spoiled. I know the staff doesn’t like making breakfast because my daughter worked there and told me they hate to make it. This is getting out of hand. If it’s on the menu, I should be able to order an get edible food. The eggs are rancid and disgusting. Your customer don’t deserve having their money taken for food they can’t eat. Your workers are lazy and entitled. This has to stop. I called the store and got no answer.

I like Jack's wide menu, and that's why I go. The service quality at this location varies widely (it's the closest to me) with huge extremes, especially lately. Today, however, I got the best service ever, maybe a top-5 Jack experience, and it was at the drive-through no less. The guy was very polite, and was really on top of it with a complex order with special requests. Great staff today!

It's 1/2/26 I come in to grab something really quick to eat in the morning it says that the doors are open at 5:00 a.m. or 6:00am and it's already going to be 7:00 a.m. and the staff is just sitting and eating yeah very good service

Vanessa made me a strawberry lemonade because i couldn't decide. Delish. They should add that to the menue. Talk about a unique employee. That is REAL initiave. It made me a repeat customer.
