The Spread

I was a bit nervous about trying The Spread today, especially since the online reviews are quite mixed. When I arrived, I was greeted by a charming building with irresistible aromas that immediately set the tone for a great meal. I ordered the Buffalo Chicken sandwich and upgraded it to a combo. For my side, I chose the ranch pasta salad, which was exactly what I expected—delicious and satisfying. The salad didn’t look very appetizing at first glance, but it tasted fantastic, and I was happy with my choice. The veggies in the salad were incredibly fresh, provided by a farmer in the Dell—if you’re local, you know that means top-quality ingredients. The real standout was the Buffalo Chicken sandwich on cheddar jalapeño bread—it was outrageously good. I definitely plan to order it again. I

Was in desert hot springs I happened upon the spread and I was so happy I did. Don't judge it from the outside, you will be so surprised at the incredible, funky atmosphere. The pesto chicken sub was delicious, the bread divine and served by the incredible Sara. We loved this place so much we stopped again on our way out of town.

Quick and efficient setup. Food quality and prices were significantly better than competitors. Friendly staff. Excellent choice if you are working in the area. Will definitely be revisiting!

Super cute place with yummy sandwiches. They leave nothing to be desired. The pricing is on point along with the size of the sandwiches and the taste. Will definitely be back again soon.

Was driving past, back home on about a 3 hour drive when I saw this.. I made a quick U turn on the road and pulled on by. Wish I had grabbed a photo of the front of the property. Very welcoming and attention grabbing! Walked in and recognized a great, calming ambiance. Staff was very kind and made sure that I got my order quickly. Turns out we are all like family! I did forget my chips.. so I had to come back for those, they were very understanding. All around I loved the food and experience. I was offered to add onion to my BLTA and I'm glad they offered because that was a dynamite decision. Looking forward to stopping by again if I'm in the area. Highly recommended!!
