Jack in the Box

I had the BEST experience at this Jack in the Box! I came in the morning of 8- 27 and the manager on duty was so kind and welcoming—not only to me, but also to his staff. You could tell he truly cared and treated everyone with respect, which made the whole atmosphere feel so positive. I’m currently pregnant and woke up at 6 AM with a craving for jack in the box, so I drove 2.5 hours from Eastern KY, by myself, just to eat here—and it was absolutely worth it! The staff was polite, friendly, and made me feel so taken care of. The food was fresh, hot, and delicious. Hands down one of the best fast food experiences I’ve ever had. Thank you to the whole team for making my little road trip craving totally unforgettable!

First time there. Only bad thing was their grill was down but everything else made up for it. My daughter got the Gremlin meal and enjoyed it and I got the $10 Munchie meal with the Cluck sandwich, they even threw in a couple of their tacos too. Everything tasted good. Gonna try to go back earlier and try some of their breakfast sandwiches. We'll be back.

Slightly run down on the interior. All supplies like sauces, lids, etc. were empty. Employees were very friendly. The food looks nothing like the menu pics. Was decent flavor, but way overpriced! We paid $41 for 4 people with 2 drinks being water. Also, the stalls in the female restrooms have no trash cans for feminine products, so you have to throw away near sink!

Food was good it was fresh but the workers were so immature. The cashier and another worker were playing rock paper scissors at the front counter while we're waiting to make our order, they had to finish their game first. The cashier was laughing about it too which was very irritating. When we were done with our order the cashier walked away without handing me the receipt or saying anything. I didn't even know if my card went through at that point and she returned a few mins later and with an attitude said I could've just got my receipt. What do you mean? You want me to reach accross the counter behind the register and grab a receipt that I didn't even know was ready? Anyway the place was pretty grimey, doesn't look like it's been cleaned all weekend.
