Jack in the Box

When you ask for a certain condiment 3 different times, they tell you, "ok no problem" & you still don't get it in your bag, it's a little frustrating

We don't have Jack in the box on the East Coast so when I come home I always come for the tacos and sourdough jack. In my travels, I have never found tacos like these. The only reason I give 3 stars on atmosphere is simply because it's a little small inside and can be a little messy. That being said, I passed up going to other Jack in the boxes just to visit the one in my hometown. I love it here

I just ordered 2 breakfast jacks and it’s like they cooked the egg shell in with it Completely gross and had to throw it away.

The food is good. The customer service is NOT SO MUCH. But that is Bay City fast food, though. I recently tried delivery from them, and my order was sealed very well. Impressed on how seriously they take delivery orders.

First of all the big girl at drive window with facial piercings was rude as hell went thru drive thru stated my ordered no response i stated hello a few times and drove up to window got my order sourdough meal bread saturated all in butter all she wanter to do was go outside first thing she did after she handed me my order money wasted never again bad customer service
