J & B Ice Cream

This is our second time coming here. Me and my family came here last summer and loved it. Now we're back again and still love it! They serve great ice cream and I just learned that served pizzas, salads, subs! My kids love the pirate ship play area as well! That's a plus! I also love their customer service! Will definitely come back again!

Easily one of the best ice cream places in the North Country. The Red Devil Cake ice cream is a must!

Was honestly probably the worst ice cream I’ve ever had. It was very poor quality, tasted almost freezer burnt or old. I got strawberry cheesecake and it tasted nothing like cheesecake it tasted like dollar store strawberry wafers mixed with cheaply made ice cream. My husband got soft serve and was also disappointed, even my toddler didn’t eat hers and that’s saying something. The lady was short and rushing us, they also don’t have the flavors listed in a smart area and don’t have descriptions for the ice cream either. I won’t be returning but for future customers, I think this business should start giving descriptions or the flavors, create a better menu with appropriate placing, and try a new brand of quality ice cream.

Enjoyed the Ice Cream. This was our third visit. First visit they had just closed. Second visit we wanted food and they were only serving ice cream. Third visit they were preparing to close. Had already cleaned some of machines but we were able to get cones. The couple behind us in line seemed to be having a harder time ordering, I think they wanted shakes, would have settled for sundaes. Finally realized they needed to pick something that only involved a scoop.

Wow! Heading back from Alex Bay, was pleasantly surprised by the size of this sundae. Would absolutely go back!
