I’ve been visiting Izukar bakery out of convenience since it’s just around the corner, but I can no longer overlook the disappointing experiences I’ve had there. Time and again, I’ve purchased bread that is old and stale, and it’s incredibly frustrating to pay for products that should not even be on the shelves. It’s as if there's no effort to maintain quality — nothing ever surprises or inspires. What’s worse is their pricing. I often feel like I'm being overcharged for subpar items, nothing has a price tag so you dont know what you’re paying for which doesn’t sit well with me. It’s alarming that this bakery has had bad reviews for over five years, yet they seem to do nothing to improve their offerings or customer service. I've gotten cakes here twice so far for my sons birthday and both times they have been lovely and delicious. The toys are kept clean until you place them. The frosting is bright and it stays fresh overnight. They are friendly and accurate for orders.

Awesome tres leches cake, tasty flan, and all of the other sweet treats I've tried have been tasty as well. Bread can be hit and miss - one time it's super fresh, the next time it's not. Employees are great, the store is super clean. Try the tres leches cake if you can!
