Holy fire that soup was hot enough to melt the plastic lid to the container... Did it slow me down? No! It was good soup! When it was edible lava it was unfortunately the only thing I had to dip my fries and fish in. The soup saved the day. It was delicious the fish and fries could use a side of tartar sauce. Maybe I missed the add on charge for tartar sauce 🤔 nothing is free anymore I guess. It's a solid 3/5 experience delivery. Maybe it's better to dine in.

The best clam chowder ever! There’s an abundance of clams than potatoes. This beats any chowder place I’ve tried thus far. I typically would order the cod fish and chips. I’ve tried the halibut and salmon fish and chips. However, I prefer the cod as there’s a lot more meat. I would purchase the frozen clam chowder at times for home and at times to bring with me for my trip to Georgia to bring for my sister. I’ve been eating at this location since 2016. The portions of the fish and chips used to be generously big. Now, they’re small sadly. Wish they would’ve kept the size and increase the price. I’m ok with that. However, I will still eat here though.

Spent over 70 dollars on food, had it delivered from door dash. When it got here my 5 piece fish was all undercooked. Called the store the kid who answered the phone was fine. Told him my issue, he said he needed to talk to his manager, I can hear the manager answer him too “‘he ordered through door dash? He needs to contact them, they give refunds I don’t”. Wow what levels of customer service Ivars Puyallup has. I’m sure Ivar would be proud.

The restaurant was very clean and organized. The customer service was also very good. They greeted us, showed patience with us and came to drop food to our table. We had their regular fish n chips which was really fresh and freshly cooked. We enjoyed our overall experience.

I am a caregiver. I have brought my client and his wife in 3 times. All 3 times my clients have enjoyed the experience. Restaurant is clean, bathrooms clean, food comes out hot, employees all are friendly, service is awesome. You guys have made regulars out my clients.
