IT'SUGAR Station Park

I've never been treated so rudely in my entire life. The person behind the counter obviously has their own agenda going. We just asked a simple question about the count.Candy, and how much it was per pound.And what he thought the average person gets in a box, and he was completely rude.And we just looked at each other and we turned around to walk out of the store.We'll never be back again. Strange how one bad employee can ruin a business's entire reputation.

We purchased a pretty expensive candy bar. When we tried it at home it tasted as if it was rancid (it smelled that way too!). Just awful. The next day, we brought it back to the store in Farmington and the woman at the counter actually ATE FROM OUR PARTIALLY-EATEN CANDY to taste for herself if it was bad or not! At least she put on gloves to be "sanitary"... This candy bar was opened and eaten from... Such a weird and unprofessional approach to the situation. She ended up stating that "that's how it is supposed to taste" (which we completely doubt is true), and told us she could not refund or replace. We decided we will no longer return and support this store. Price gouging is rampant, and obviously they don't really care for the client.

I have sent a complaint into corporate, station park, and security about a particular worker who looks to receive a lot of complaints. I’ll amend my review based off of response. I visited your Farmington Station/ Utah store on 09/17/2025 between 10:30 a.m. - 11:20 a.m. for my wedding anniversary, while chronically ill, and during my visit an employee and customer were engaged in a loud semi heated debate about price gouging in the middle of the store, while the customer even had two small kids with her. This was disruptive, unprofessional, and created an uncomfortable shopping environment. When I intervened to let the employee know I was uncomfortable, and had called security to help her, I was told that there was no issue with the heated debate and if I was uncomfortable I could leave.

What a unique and colorful store! I can always count on finding something fun in here. They have lots of big versions of your favorites, like giant boxes of one flavor of starbursts and giant, face sized rice krispy treats. You can always find something yummy in here! It can be pricey but it can also be worth it.

So not worth it. The prices are out crazy high, especially since 95% of the stuff is the same you get at Winco. Plus she said she would honor the price listed on the display but she did not. She says "I fixed it for you". After the sticker shock we looked at the receipt and she adjusted nothing. Nothing special about this place whatsoever. Hershey kisses, bulk pez and gummy bears. All basic candy.
