It's Different BBQ Company

Found out about It's Different BBQ from my wife after she suggested a new bbq in Buford that had a lot of good reviews and high praise. We ordered a variety of items as we wanted to see what all the hype was about. Wow! After eating our BBQ feast I can say with high confidence, this is HIGH quality BBQ! From the Brisket, to the ribs, to all the sides, and even the BBQ sauces this place nails it with excellence. What we ordered: 3 orders of 1/4 brisket, 1/2 rack of ribs, 16 oz of Mac and cheese (2 orders), 8 oz baked beans, 8 oz green beans, 8 oz cole slaw, 8 oz banana pudding. I repeat, we loved every item. The food was incredible! We tried the brisket burger, Mac n cheese, and potato salad. The brisket burger was juicy and flavorful. We loved the Mac n cheese and how cheesy it was, and potato salad was perfect. We also tried the Butter Pecan Cream soda and the Banana Cream soda, and both were delicious. The staff were also super friendly, and there’s two picnic tables where you can eat outside. Will be coming back! Thank you!

Great food and great service! We placed a large catering order and made multiple calls, and every interaction was kind, patient, and helpful. The team was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. The food arrived hot and fresh for our luncheon, and the flavor was some of the best BBQ we’ve had. Excellent quality all around — we’ll definitely be ordering again.

Brisket, ribs, mac and cheese and green beans were so so good. We were able to try the potato salad, which was good but we arent big potato salad eaters. I was pleasantly surprised to see some indoor seating when we arrived, because we were mentally prepared for a trunk top parking lot lunch. They also have a couple of covered picnic tables outside. Its a great little spot and will be a go to for us in the future. Highly recommend the mac and cheese and brisket.

The store is very clean and the staff is friendly and attentive, the food itself is amazing and the brisket burger is huge and filled with so much flavor. The Mac and cheese has texture and complexity and the turkey is so juicy. Overall, I’d recommend It’s Different BBQ Company to friends. A small note, this isn’t a family sized sit down restaurant, there are stools, it will be a better idea to order your food to go.
