Nice, tidy, staff is very kind and polite

There was a lady on the second floor that helped me she have excellent customer service. She was a great help to me because I haven’t been on a computer in years she help me bring back all my memories to work the computer thank you very much

One of the librarians threatened" to call the police on me because If picked up the phone a second or third time ( I understand that phone conversation is not allowed in the library but I think it's a little extreme to threaten " to call the police on me" ) Yet that librarian is sitting there chatting it up loudly 😮 "with his colleagues.

I have had many interactions with Jessica director, she is outstanding & a pleasure to deal with. My wife feels the same way as she takes exercise classes there twice a week. Barry Shaw

Always a pleasant experience when I go to the library. Staff is pleasant and knowledgeable. ESPECIALLY Linda. Great smile and always makes sure I'm well taken care of.
