Ananau Peruvian Cuisine

First time here, and we really haven’t been to many Peruvian restaurants before, so this was a great experience. The food was absolutely delicious. I had the lomo saltado with beef strips and shrimp, and my beautiful sweet wife had a ceviche dish with fried fish. Both were terrific — very tasty and generously portioned, especially the fried fish that came with my wife’s dish. It was incredibly tender and fantastic. My dish was also excellent. If I had one small comment, I wish there had been a little more beef and slightly fewer fries, but overall it was still a great meal. We also ordered a couple of pisco sours, and they were excellent. Sometimes when you order mixed drinks at restaurants you can barely taste the alcohol, but these were perfectly balanced and absolutely delicious. The

Añañau is the real deal. My husband and I come from hours away to eat here. The food is amazing— this includes the apps, entrees and desserts. The atmosphere is so vibrant, with friendly staff, and the best music playing. Also the portions are large, so this is great if you love leftovers, all for very reasonable prices. If there’s anything to try, the aeropuerto is a must-try and possibly made with magic. (Seriously that good.) Go to Añañau!!!

The ingredients tasted incredibly fresh and high-quality, and you could tell that the chefs put real passion into their cooking.
