Island Frydays

So thrilled Island Frydays is back! They are just as good as ever and even have some new treats for their food truck location!

I am so disappointed I use to love island frydays. The flavor was so off from jerk chicken the pieces were not cut properly the flavor was generic and gave jerky taste the Rasta pasta was terrible no flavor it was one of my favorite sides the cabbage was stringy and no flavor. Guy fiery would be so disappointed if he came back and tried the food truck he made this restaurant a staple in Cincinnati and it is no longer good.

We were just in Cincinnati for the weekend and just googled what’s a good place to eat. This place came up as a place to definitely try. This place delivered on our expectations. We have never had Jamaican food before so we didn’t know what to really expect. It was truly amazing and well worth the wait. The people who work here are awesome and super friendly. I’m so glad we gave this place a try and we will definitely be back the next time we are in Cincinnati.

I really enjoyed the food, while there is no inside dining yet that shouldn't affect their food taste. Loved the jerk chicken, it's really good, and it melts of the chicken bones. The sauce that comes with the rice is also good. The beef patty wasn't my favorite, but it's still good. I would recommend 👌
