Island Bar & Grille

The food was really good and the bartender was very nice and helpful. The place is very chilled and laid back. Here you can eat, play pool, gambling machines, drink and watch games. Here people come to socialize and just have a good time. They play good music from a music jukebox. I was disappointed because, I spent forty-five dollars on the music jukebox to pick and play great songs for the entire evening. The customers loved the music list I was picking and playing from the music jukebox. The music jukebox stop playing the music, you couldn't hear the music in the speakers surrounding the place. The nice bartender tried to help and fix the problem but she started to get slammed at the bar with lots of people.

Despite past publicity, this is a qaint,quiet neighborhood hangout. It is frequented by locals/blue collar types. There are pool tables bar side slots,small dance floor & a patio (for you naughty smokers).Standard "bar food" menus but nightly specials like Steak &potatoes, Goulash, Oyster Rockefeller & the like might give your taste buds a refreshing change. Service can be slow but waitresses give their all.

Nelly the bartender was awesome!! She held the bar down by herself and made sure everyone was taken care of. I had a Henny Margarita & a Green Tea and they were GREAT!!

Truly enjoyed my experience. My grilled chicken sand was delicious and had the best sangria ever had. Nice clean bathroom!
