Great atmosphere. Lots of tables to sit down and barstools by the windows. Amazing food. Staff loves what they do. It is evident by how friendly they are and how good the food is. I've gone 4 times and ordered different things each time. Everything was superb. And they dont run out of flagels by 10am like alot of places do.

Ordered several BEC bagels and received them with what seems to be half an egg in each, 1 bacon and cheese on a dry bagel baked days ago. Not worth the money or the wait for prepared foods. Will never order from here again.

I ordered a dozen pumpernickel bagels and two “heros” pictured to be made of bagel dough. Two free bagels were supposed to come with a dozen. I only received 12 bagels, only two of which were pumpernickel. The “hero’s” were ordinary Italian deli bread. No reason they could not call to say they couldn’t fulfill my order. No reason to offer unavailable items. Never again

This restaurant, situated at a bustling intersection, opens early in the morning. However, the service is lacking and the wait times are unreasonable. Despite seven people behind the counter, it took 25 minutes to receive a simple order of a bagel with eggs and bacon, along with an orange juice. Additionally, it seemed that Spanish-speaking workers were serving faster than others, which I found offensive. While I am fluent in Spanish myself, I preferred to communicate in English to gauge the overall service quality.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I stood in line for 10 minutes with no one behind me, and the staff just ignored me completely. They walked back and forth behind the counter, making no effort to acknowledge my presence—just focusing on what looked like to-go orders or Uber Eats. As soon as a man joined the line, the guy behind the counter suddenly decides to ask what can I get for you. I was completely shocked and frustrated. I get that places can get busy, but it’s not hard to simply say, 'I’ll be with you in a moment.' The lack of basic respect for customers is why I no longer go there."
