Traditions Eatery is a phenomenal restaurant from the service, ambiance and food. All ages can dine there comfortably as the menu has a wide range of options for anyone to enjoy. Their takeout and catering options are delicious as well. Ownership and management work diligently to ensure everyone’s satisfaction. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Traditions is my go-to restaurant on the east coast.

Came out to far rockaway to visit some relatives and went out after with my wife. Wow am I impressed. We were seated right away. The waiter D. gave us time to review the menu. No rushing. We had some questions and he was able to answer them like he was the chef. He new the menu and didn't hesitate to recommend one item over another. The table gets set the old fashion way with a large bowl of Cole slaw and a bowl of half sour and sour pics. (I miss this in the new age restaurants) The apps came out really quick and was extremely surprised with the amount of food they give. The mains came out soon after the apps were finished. Again the food was outstanding and the portion sizes were large. Would have loved to have had dessert but we where STUFFED. I highly recommend this restaura

Great place for a sheva brachos! The private room is spacious and super nice!! The spotters were amazing!

You can not go wrong with the food here. From the soup to the chicken poppers and fries. Steak sandwiches and salads. Stuffed derma and knishes. But the real stand out here are the employees of you need any catering see shiv he will get you set up right with ease and a smile. And when it comes to dining in the dining danny and Carlos will treat your like family with warm friendly fast and professional service. This is my go to spot when I just don't want to think about what I'm going to eat. You will not be disappointed.

Go on record to say it’s the best corned beef Ever. Burgers are out of this world as well as the home made fries. Treat yourself it’s the best. I requested the genuine apple strudel for dessert( not canned apples or some oily dough ) , hope that comes to fruition.
