Customer Reviews
Found this place from a TikTok review and was not disappointed! The kickstands were okay and definitely for show. The quesadilla cheeseburger was yummy, and messy. But I came here for the buffalo chicken sandwich. I knew it was big but I was not expecting to have leftovers for the next 3 days 😅 So worth it. Krystal, our waitress, even knew when to get me a box. Can’t wait to come back and try the rest of the menu.
Always enjoy going to Iron Thunder, especially for Monday wing night. Mindy the bartender is awesome, even if it's super busy. Their boneless wings are really good, and they have rotating monthly specials that are typically very good. Not to mention, cheap beer!
Food & Service: I went for dinner on a Saturday evening; arriving around 6pm. It wasn't at all busy, 5 tables in total on arrival. It is a seat yourself environment. There were two girls covering the area. The tables needed a good cleaning, sticky & a bit grimy feeling. The one who covered our table was incredibly slow as was the kitchen. It took 10-15 minutes for our drink order to be taken and receive the menu. We put in appetizer request at same time. We ordered what was described as a "GIANT" pretzel; gross overstatement. It was comparable in size to an Auntie Anne pretzel. The queso included was bland; it had a little heat/spice but flavorless. For meal ordered garlic parm boneless wings with sweet potato fries in place of regular, what I received absolutely was not that. It was chopp
OK place as a lunch stop. Not busy, good service, and the food is acceptable. The Chicken Tips didn’t taste like much marinade, though there was a good char flavor. The peppers and onions were grilled to a nice “just under crisp” consistency, though lacked much flavor. The rice pilaf was underwhelming being bland and dry. The onion rings were thinly sliced with a thin and crisp batter. Very well done and a nice difference to your traditional heavy beer batters. Lunch time was not very crowded, so service was acceptable.
The waitress was sweet and friendly, prompt and engaging. The fries were on point crisp and hot. They up charged $1 for ranch which seemed a little petty. The decor is the same garage themed rock and roll it's always been which is cool but it don't think it's been upgraded since they opened so there's an area for improvement. The pint glasses had weird smell to them so sort ruined a good beer.
