First time in Springfield. Soulfood agenda. I ordered fish and grits and a pancake. I was not disappointed. The chef preparing my order was meticulous, paid attention to detail, and nailed it! I will be back for lunch before I leave the area.

Delicious homemade fresh food. We stopped here in between jobs and I was highly impressed with the quality and amount of food. The prices were very fair I will definitely be coming back.

owner apparently decides to leave an hour and a half before the restaurant is supposed to close. Resulted in me not receiving food that I paid for online. Bad business practice. It’s 2026 and we can do better.

I’m thankful we have this gem in downtown Springfield. This is my diner spot for breakfast! Hash is bomb! Eggs are delicious! Kelly, the owner, is an awesome guy! Come see for yourself!
