Insomnia Cookies

Decent experience on an online order pickup. Only issue was that the "Order Tracker" did not update after my scheduled pickup time passed. I got to the store 20 minutes after my scheduled pickup time and they had the order ready, albeit I would not have known that otherwise. Then the tracker updated to say that my pickup was received, so clearly they knew how to update the system (maybe just forgot to do it when completing the box?)

The cookies are great if you can get the employees to come out of the back in order to purchase them.The doorbell rang as we entered. No one was at the counter. Two employees were talking in the back. We hear them clearly. I called "hello" twice. No response. I yelled "hello" and waited about a minute---still no response. At this point, we walked out.

Every order I received was really good. I’ve only had 1 bad experience where they was broken up n 1 experience where they was placed at my doorstep wo notification over at least 10 mins. You can actually follow their steps (door dash) but they have their own driver outside of door dash. They are always hot n fresh. I enjoy them.

A few issues: the cookies are "just" cookies, nothing special. The ice cream, the same. When we got there, we were also told that they were out of pretty much everything. Further, apparently ALL the online orders had to be filled ahead of those in person. This meant if I wanted anything other than a chocolate chip cookie I had to wait. When we asked about the wait we were given a line about needing to full online orders. When asked again they couldn't answer. I don't mind waiting, but how long. Also, the girl at the register must have been the only one working because she was incredibly flustered. The only saving grace was that they were open at 11pm...but I could have saved time, money, and potentially better flavor buying this at a gas station.

So, the ice cream tastes great. Easily a superior flavor. The best of this place is the staff and the patience they display. My daughter didn’t like her choice as it was “too minty” and the staff was kind enough to replace it after helping her find a flavor she liked. Will come back!
