Insomnia Cookies

Great location. Always warm and they really do come quite quickly in town. I have lived in a few places in Blacksburg over several years and the service is always quick and the cookies are delicious. Although they did give me a cookie last night that was only about half the size of the others but was full price so that was a bummer.

Delivery time was a joke. Don’t offer delivery service if you don’t have a delivery driver. Waited almost 2 hours for the order. No way to cancel; website had a button to cancel order and did not work. Called to cancel, no one answered the phone. Cookies were meh.

This cookie was a lot softer than I was expecting - and that was a good thing because it told me it was baked pretty recently. I could also tell this as it was still warm. This resulted in the inside (and the mint chips) being still somewhat gooey The chocolate flavor was alright, as was the mint. I do wish the chips had some more crunch to them, as there wasn't much of a textural difference between that and the cookie I was considering getting the ice cream instead, but the price was pretty high for that - while the cookie price was definitely better Overall, a solid fresh cookie. 7.5/10

I can't say enough about this place! The cookies are fresh and just to die for! The salted caramel probably my favorite cookie on the entire planet! It is chewy and packed with carmel chunks. Every cookie I have tried has been top notch and that included the peanut butter cookie I had today that my husband ordered and I don't even like peanut butter! Today they were out of a few options due to a delayed shipment but these guys are great and the staff were so friendly we were still able to satisfy our sweet tooth! There is parking behind the restaurant with steps to get down to the location.

Their Mint cookies and PB ice-cream are the best! Also the reverse s'more's are such a good cookie I wish they were there year round!
