Inn on the Creek

A group of girlfriends (we went to high school together and are now in our 70s!) stayed in the manor at Inn on the Creek. We go somewhere different each year and this place is absolutely in our top three places we have visited. The customer service was outstanding. The staff went out of their way to accommodate us - even letting us take over the breakfast room each night for our wine and snacks! The cleanliness of the rooms was very appreciated and the grounds are beautiful. We loved sitting on the back porch in the rockers and looking at the creek. We will be back!

This place is a gem! Beautiful property but the BEST customer service. We were able to snag a room last minute and we were so happy to get to stay at this amazing, little BnB rather than the Holiday Inn. What a treat for my husband and me. The sheets were so incredibly soft!! They took wonderful care of us and breakfast was good! We will for sure be back. Thank you guys for your wonderful hospitality.

Throughly enjoyed our stay here. We stayed in the Fowler room. The accommodations were great and the included breakfast was delicious. The views of the creek from the covered back patio were amazing. Enjoyed watching the deer in the morning and evening. We’ll be back.

Our first time in Salado, we chose to stay at Inn on the Creek because of how beautiful it looked online, and we were not disappointed. Our experience was truly wholesome. We had dinner at Alexander’s Kitchen and it was perfect. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. We really hope the good spirit of this place continues. I’m sorry for those who may have had a bad experience here… but maybe give it another try. Thank you for everything, staying here made us love Salado even more. 😄

Owners are amazing, last minute they where able to accommodate us with a beautiful room and a reservation for the restaurant. Beautiful place wish we had been able to stay a couple more nights. Thank you all
