Indio Taphouse

Absolutely delicious food, amazing beers and the best service ever in the desert. I was there for my bday wk and discovered them 10 days ago, sadly at the end of our trip but we loved it so much and had so much fun we went back 2 nights in a row! I highly recommend Ruben, John and Nate, best beertenders ever, so fun patient and educational! Cannot wait to go back!! Only bad thing is you cannot buy the tshirts that the staff are wearing sadly, so fun!!! Hint hint management Also, Amanda at the Speakeasy was ao kind and educated us as well! Cant wait to go back there too!! We wish we lived closer

Went here for the first time today. I wouldn't really call this a tap room. I would call it an incredibly well stocked bar with some beers on tap and a lot of beers in bottles and cans. I've been to probably 50+ breweries and more than 20+ taprooms in my life and this is not what I expected. Anyway, I ordered the taco pinsa. It was almost excellent. Just needed the bottom of the bread to be cooked a little more crunchy. But the flavors and idea of it was so good! We sat outside and played cards and it's a nice environment in which to hang out. There was a guy down the street playing music so that was cool. I gave the service a 4 because all the women were so nice but, of course, I got the crabby guy. Anyway, if this review sounds good, it's worth giving it a try!

Had a nice, chill lunch here at Indio Taphouse! Evan and the crew were solid w some great suggestions and service! A solid meal with a Happy Dad was the best!

The Taphouse was a welcome surprise on a warm Sunday afternoon wandering around this curious area in revitalized old Indio, not far from Happy Alley, another worthwhile visit not far down the street. The Taphouse had a nice B&G vibe going on with a mix of locals and tourists. The bar grub was surprisingly tasty. I just went for their cheeseburger, fries and a coke. The chef got the medium-rare burger cooked to perfection. I would happily go back and order it again. We stopped by a vintage vinyl store down the street and an interesting vintage vintage store as well. A little further east (southeast) of the Taproom were some tall metal sculptures in park/grassy areas. Things are going on here people and it might be worth your stop off the I-10 to check it out.

I had the taco salad and it was amazing. When she dropped it off I knew it was going to be the best because the carne Asada smelled and looked perfect. I mentioned to Laura that I was recovering from a sore throat and she gave me a glass of hot water and honey. I'll be coming back and referring my friends to this awesome place.
