Great Birria tacos, super fast service. The gentleman who served us, (maybe the owner) was very friendly and welcoming. Besides the birria, we enjoyed the cucumber aqua fresca. Highly recommended!
If you want "autentica birria" this is the place to go. Staff is very friendly and the birria is actually authentic Mexican birria just like the one you'll find in Mexico. They also offer complementary consome with your tacos. Highly recommended!
My wife loved the tamales, so when we heard they were opening a restaurant, we were hyped, a bit disappointed in the order and pay first, mainly because the asking for tip prior to service. Hopefully the owner sees this and takes it as a positive way to improvr, I know theybjust opened, and this the reason im giving 5 stars, but commenting my opinion Dont ask for tip upfront prior to service, or put a person to take orders at the table, I guarantee you, you will get more tips this way. Food was a bit cold Very small portion in the chilaquiles Horchata was very blaahhhh. Believe it or not, a lot of people will go or not go because of the taste of the flavored waters. Put more napkins in tables
I was working in the area, kind of out of my usual zone, maybe about three miles off and started looking for a solid breakfast spot. This place popped up with great reviews. It wasn't quite what i was feeling and It’s a little out in the cut, not exactly what you’d call an inviting area at first glance, but not sketchy either. I figured, what the hell, let’s give it a shot. Turns out, the plaza itself is actually pretty decent. The entrance was a little confusing at first, it’s on the north side of the plaza but once we found it, everything clicked. Walked in, got greeted right away. The place is simple, nothing fancy, small menu, focused. I didn’t notice any beer or liquor, but honestly, that didn’t matter. My buddy and I both went with the queso birria, plus a Mexican Coke. And man… plen
I stopped by to try the birria tamale.. yum. I had them add the egg on top, i like egg and tamale. They provide the tamale with a consome that is delicious! I highly recommend this plate, real good! The hours of operation make the food even more delicious, being that it is hard to make the hours, but if it were 24 hours I would stop by too many times and I would get tired of it. I highly recommend the birria tamale!!!
