Indigma - a Modern Indian Bistro

Amazing Indian Food! My wife and I stopped in for dinner at Indigma while in Baltimore for a holiday performance last Sunday. We hadn’t planned to go there for dinner but are so glad we did! The atmosphere was great and the service was fantastic. Our server was the owner and he was amazing. He provided menu recommendations, all of which which we thoroughly enjoyed. We had Avocado Mango Chaat as a starter, Chicken Masala (with rice) and Garlic Naan for our main, and an amazing Crème Brûlée. Everything was delicious. The Naan was fresh made - a real treat. Highly recommended for lunch or dinner.

From the service and atmospheric lighting and table settings to the food and dessert the experience was wonderful. Went on a Thursday night for my birthday and had the whole restaurant to ourselves, which was great but also wanted to leave a review to encourage others to check this place out. Everything tasted (and looked) great and the cardamom crème brûlée was the best I’ve had.

This place is wonderful! I got the shrimp masala and the award winning creme brule. Both were amazing. The food portions aren't humongous like some Indian food places but the quality was exceptional. Plus sometimes its nice to not have a super humongous serving ya know? It was definitely enough to have some leftovers either way. The woman who waited on us was very sweet and the chef too. Had a really nice time interacting with them both. The atmosphere is very comfortable and makes for a great place for a date. They had really good jazz music on as well. Definitely will be back.

I really enjoyed the sizzler plate, and the open faced samosa was EXTREMELY flavorful! The crème brûlée was the best I have had. I see why it is award winning. Very good combination of cardamom and salted caramel flavors.

Indigma is an outstanding Indian restaurant. All of the food is amazing. The staff is very kind and willing to recommend or accommodate various tastes/spice levels. The Gobi Manchurian is out of this world. 11/10 recommend.
