What a pleasant suprise! This place was always great, but the food & vibe has improved by 10x since the new owners. I was greeted by the owner Jesus as soon as I came - he was so warm and inviting. They had indoor and outdoor seating and plenty of parking. So many fun coffee options, I got an iced matcha latte and my friend a regular coffee. It was brunch time and I got a berried and goat cheese salad and I have to say it was excellent. Homemade salad dressing and walnuts were lightly candied and my friend a Swiss omelet. They also have a byob supper club once a month for a prefixed menu and this Halloween it’s a murder mystery theme. So exited for it. Honestly a totally impressive experience. Highly recommend. Great brunch at Indian Lake Bistro. Wonderful service and food! I had a bistro salad with salmon. The honey lime vinaigrette was delicious and the candied walnuts were subtly sweet. Perfect! We don't eat out often but Indian Lake Bistro will be at the top of our list.

The location is easy to find and parking is right outside the front door! When we arrived for breakfast we found a table and met the owner who was such a nice guy! We ordered the El Presidente that was cooked to perfection and had great flavors. Check out the photos and we also ordered another special breakfast dish pictured as well. I plan to go back for the French toast! Give this place a whirl I think you will be glad you did! UPDATE: I went back this time and tried the seafood soup. Wow! Lots of fish and shrimp. Check out the pictures. Also, we had the chicken salad that had apples and grapes in it absolutely delicious.

Glad I found this place, I love it. Nice atmosphere, right on the lake in a cozy intersection in town. The food is really good & presented nicely, the hot chocolate is amazing as well as the specialty coffees.

Excellent service, Excellent breakfast with a large selection to choose from. Very bright and clean restaurant. I have to say are server was will, very friendly and professional and answered all our questions concerning the menu.
