We've had multiple orders with Index and each has always been handled very professionally. Ordering and delivery was always easy. Chandler was very thorough and thoughtful with what we needed. They've event sent guys to come help move coolers when we needed and they've even delivered a new cooler in the snow. Can't recommend enough!

The crew at Index works hard to make sure the customer gets what they need and they stand behind the products they sell. Index and the Juul Family have been in business since 1946 (almost 80yrs) and that alone says all you need to know about how well they treat their customers.
