Long time customer here, last two times I visited I had to bring my food back. They dont seem to listen to the customer if the customer wants a Bacon Cheeseburger that must have bacon on it. I had to return multiple times for issues with my order, missing Bacon. Ketchup on it. Cold food. I'm no longer a customer of IN and OUT because they are having trouble listening to my order. Last time I was there they had to refund me because they just couldnt follow through with the order and listen to the customer and the order that they are placing. The food is subpar quality usually overcooked meat. Long lost customer.

Decided to stop here while driving between Boston and Toronto. It was just off the hwy and had great reviews. What a little gem. It’s a convenience store with a food counter. They have a ton of imported snacks and candy toys. We ordered lunch, had a nice chat with the guy behind the counter, my husband found some random candy he has been looking for months for and some other snacks. We were in and out in 15 minutes. The “special” burrito was delicious, chicken gyro was a little greasy, and the kids devoured the nuggets. No seating, no bathrooms, convenience store setting.

I heard about the chicken from Facebook and I have been wanting to go but I kept forgetting until tonight.. we go in notice right away the place is clean and bright.. there is a lot of items in there for those who can’t make it to the store I am sure it’s a plus.. the prices on the items are what you would expect for the convenience portion of it.. the chicken was EXTREMELY GOOD.. so juicy and flavorful.. there is a mild hint of spices but so enjoyable not overwhelming.. the biscuits OMG soooooo good.. I got the 4pc tenders with potato wedges (dipping I got sweet and sour which I loved and just in case old faithful bbq) my husband got 3 pc chicken with wedges and a extra wedge.. his was a 20 min wait which was fine next time we know to call it in.. the young man behind the counter was extr
