In-N-Out Burger

This location might have been having an off day 2/17/26- details below. I'm not used to being at an In-N-Out that looks kinda dirty and unkempt. Lemons were out, regular size lids were out. Tables and floors weren't wiped down. The 3 bin trash had slop on it- super easy wipe down when not busy. And it wasnt busy! My fries were extremely salty. There was female employee talking loudly about her personal life and social media and her friend with mental health issues from the kitchen. Im all for a casual friendly work place ..but keep it a little more quiet. It echoed across the restaurant, we were in the far corner trying to enjoy our food after a long drive. Really good food, reasonable prices for the quality. The selection is very limited, but if you are there for the few things they sell, you won't be disappointed. I got fries and a double double (cheeseburger) with standard toppings. You pick your toppings, and they have both raw onions and grilled ones as options. The house dressing is tasty. There are only 2 of these in the Willamette Valley, so it's worth checking out if you happen to be nearby. I wouldn't drive more than 30 min for it, but many people seem to think it's worth the trek.

One of my favorite burger places of all times. And for the amount of money you spent, I think it's definitely well worth every penny. There was a couple of times where our order wasn't correct and didn't realize it until we got home, but when we called customer service, they did not hesitate to make it right and compensated us by sending gift cards for a full burger up to a 4x4, fries, and a drink!

I felt that the service, was extremely fast. Our burgers were, hot and fresh. Delicious food. Everyone were courteous and very friendly. They definitely went out of their "way" to share this cheerful environment. The place was bigger than I expected and very clean and not over packed. Great job and thank you It was my second time ever going to the In and Out, burger place and their double cheeseburgers were cooked to perfection! Everything was so fresh. The hamburger patty was thinner then the slice of tomato and onion. It was like a vegetable burger with a little bit of meat on it. My fries were a little burnt, but my son's were not.
