All the food is fresh, beautifully prepared, and full of great healthy options that are hard to find elsewhere. ✨HIGHLY RECOMMEND ✨i was passing through town with my parents and we googled where is a good spot to eat in Roseburg. Zach’s Bowl Shack had 5 ⭐️ across the board… and for a good reason! 🤩 These were some of the tastiest bowls we’ve had, especially from a food truck! We ordered the Ahi Tuna Poke Bowl, The BBQ Chicken Bowl and the Teriyaki Chicken Bowl. The flavors were spot on and the ingredients were all fresh! Whether you are having a work lunch, family dinner, a quick snack, or just passing through Roseburg, this spot is top notch. 🤗 📕NOTE: it’s best to call before hand to confirm the location of the food truck, as it moves around depending on the day. When I went, (a Tuesday) they were parked outside of Two-Shy Brewery - also a great location to hang out with your friends & family!

LOCATION: little hard to find but put TWO-SHY BREWING into your maps and it’ll take you right to it. 😊 CUSTOMER SERVICE: Told Zack I was from Hawaii so I needed my Poke fix haha Zack is super nice and cool! The Lady there was also very sweet! I Love to see owners/employees that smile and are friendly to their customers. I dont see that often anymore so this was refreshing. FOOD: I tried their Build your own and got just Ahi with Spicy Mayo over rice. IT WAS REALLY GOOD and I was COMPLETELY SATISFIED! Definitely got my poke fix! I didn’t get a picture of the food but I am putting a photo of all the food GONE…in my stomach 😂 5 stars ⭐️

Yum!! 🤩This was just what I needed: healthy, refreshing, and delicious - and good service, on top of that! -Location- So grateful I checked their Facebook page for their current location. Google Maps says they're one place (maybe they are sometimes?), but they are a mobile food truck, so I was able to find where they were for that day. -Ahi Tuna Bowl- I got the Ahi Tuna bowl. I got it with spicy mayo, which was just a little more spicy than I expected, but it was true to its name & it was delicious. At first glance, the portion of Ahi tuna looked small, but once stirred around and dispersed, it was plenty 👍👍 So worth checking out!!
