Imperial Garden

Just your everyday average looking place with great food, drinks and service. Served quickly and food comes out very hot, fried appetizers are hot,crispy and not over fried or dried out. Some of the best chicken wings I've had. Haven't been disappointed yet.

I love it here. Always came here with my Dad and my sister and it is just like I remember it. The food and service are consistent and they don’t mess with a good thing like the fancier places in Hanover that don’t really give you the old school Chinese Lounge experience.

My wife and I sat at the bar as we have many times . When Sonny is the bartender the drinks are spot on he is attentive and personable.Tonight the bartender (ALEX) was a complete jerk. He intentionally ignored our drink orders on multiple occasions. Made a point to serve warm beer as he stated the beer cooler was broken down. Get a repair person? When it came time to order our food, after being prompted a few times that we were ready to order he totally ignored us . The food came and it was colder than our drinks. We made Alex aware of it and again he took his sweet time to get it reheated. We asked for more duck sauce and that became a problem. If and when we go back to the Imperial if Sonny is not the bartender we are going elsewhere.

This place reminds me of old school Chinese restaurants! There was a pot of tea! The food was fresh filling and delicious! We got a combo app of boneless ribs, wings, crab rangoon, and an egg roll. We also got a small beef teriyaki, general gao's chicken and pork chow mein. Everything was great! We stuffed ourselves! We took the leftovers home to my friends husband! He loved it to! We shared a scorpion bowl, too. The bill was 60 bucks. There's no way you could go wrong!

Amazing find after many disappointing trys to find a decent place in Braintree. Ha!! Imperial Garden is the sleeping giant of all giants...great genuine Chinese food...who could ask for anything more? We got a pupu platter for 2 that could feed 4 and were blown away at our first bite of the beef teriyaki.. OMG...I would suggest just dropping in to try that and then you'll get it. I am so grateful for stumbling upon this place when we were craving Chinese and the bruins game...oh yes they play the sports AND they have keno!!! Bonus!!!
