Imo's Pizza

When I walked in Joshua R. was dealing with a rude customer, bending over backwards to accommodate this gentleman. Customer would get loud, but Joshua kept it cool, and professional.....pizza and wings were fantastic.

This Imos has the worst service. The manager Andy has the worst attitude ever! I wonder if this is how he leads his employees. No wonder this location has such bad reviews because the leadership is horrible as well as the burnt food. This location needs a deep cleaning and new ovens. This is the 3rd time I've ordered pizza from this location and the pizza has been overcooked due to the nasty ovens. I would NOT RECOMMEND this place to dine! Don't waste your time or money at this NASTY ESTABLISHMENT!

Great adImosgoes but had to say 4 vs 5 for inconsistency in pizza prep and cook. This last one wasn't cooked long enough, doughy vs crispy. Ask for well done if it matters.

This Imos is horrible as far as the pizza. The service seemed genuine but the pizza is like eating cheese on a cracker. Asked for light sauce didn't get any.

All in at $62 including delivery/tax/15% tip and you send me a smashed pizza? The pizza that wasn't ruined was great because it's Imo's. Manage Alex was able to provide a part refund which I was satisfied with. Very professional on his part.
