IL Villaggio Authentic

Every time we are in the area we come here and we are never disappointed. The chef cooks and prepares each dish with fresh ingredients and puts special touches into each dish. It’s like eating in a family restaurant in Italy - outside of the tourist areas. The sauces are amazing and the fish is always cooked perfectly. They’ve changed the menu a little and the additions are great. Their specials are always delicious. The service is impeccable!!! The cocktails were great the desserts are homemade. If this restaurant was on the main road you’d never get a table. It really is a hidden gem.

Absolutely loved this place! The pasta was fresh and full of flavor, and the service was warm and friendly. Cozy atmosphere, great wine, and a perfect dessert to finish. Can’t wait to come back!

Great place, love the attention we get from the owner. Sorry no pics, but we had the mussels with the white sauce and the calamari, both were excellent. Had some of the pasts entrees, Parpadelli with short rib ragu, oh my, exquisite. My wife had the Cacio pepe, also amazing. You cannot go wrong here.

Il Villagio is exactly what you want in a local restaurant ... excellent food, a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, and an owner who is genuinely engaged and present. You can feel the care that goes into every detail, from the quality of the dishes to the overall experience.
