Stepping into this new pizzeria feels like walking into a place with a distinct personality. There’s a sense that the chef has followed their own vision rather than simply retracing old steps. The open and welcoming atmosphere is complemented immediately by a simple starter: bread paired with olive oil and balsamic. It’s deceptively unassuming, but each bite is satisfyingly rich and perfectly balanced. For the pizzas, the Finochhio is a delight, with its harmonious blend of flavors and a crust that strikes that ideal balance of crisp and tender. Yet it was the Pizza Pallida that truly stole the show: a masterclass in subtlety and depth, where every ingredient feels deliberate and in perfect dialogue with the next. This is probably the best pizza we have had yet. Still haven't tried Bianco's but will soon. Anyways, split a salad and pizza and it was plenty to do the two of us. Not a huge menu, but there are aist of additional toppings you can pick. We went with the margherita and were instantly hooked. There was a slight wait around 3 pm so I imagine the lunch time rush is crazy at this time.

Delicious! We loved the food, and the service was great! Just a bit shocked at how much the oil and vinegar cost to dip our crust into. Overall great experience
Pizza was good, but I wouldn't recommend unless you don't mind $5 for a Coke (in a can), $5 to add more dressing to a dry salad, and $3 for a sprinkle of parmesan. So, that'd be $60+ for two people to share one pizza, one salad, and 2 cans of Coke.
