II Tides Seafood Market

These folks just opened today, 11/28/2025. I stopped in around 5:30pm after waiting in anticipation for this spot to open up. They have completely remodeled this building to a beautiful interior and exterior that is clean and inviting. There is an abundance of parking options here which is not the norm for the growing Landrum area. Easy to get in and out with red lights as well. While I was there I as greeted by the owners, their kids and staff. One of the most warm receptions I've had of a business in many years. The owners came around the counter to chat and to give recommendations as well as their staff behind the counter was doing the same. Easy place to goto it you aren't sure what to get and also if you are a seafood conniessiour. Not pushy, not annoyed, just friendly and helpful.

Wonderful selection of the freshest seafood and meat! So far we tried the chicken, tuna, steelhead salmon and the red snapper. We made delicious Ahi tuna, the best melt-in-your-mouth cast iron seared and baked salmon and incredible snapper ceviche. Can't wait to pick out another piece of goodness. My husband tried the fish basket which he liked very much. Great addition to Landrum. Highly recommended, go check it out!

Some of the best fresh seafood you can find. Have known the owner for a while and his knowledge of seafood runs deep. Everyone is friendly, inviting, and will help you get exactly what you’re looking for. I came out with the black cod and some swordfish, air fried both, and the black cod is so buttery and smooth. Whereas the swordfish (as recommended by the owner) is my new favorite fish of all time it was so good. It all tasted and smelt super fresh just as if you were at the coast. Definitely going back to try some of the steamed oysters!

Absolutely love the flounder basket and combo shrimp and flounder basket. The best! I picked up some clam chowder for tonight. Delicious 😋 so glad they are close to my house. Great stuff!

This fish is life changing! I just finished eating my lunch that I got from 2Tides. This was by far the best flounder and shrimp I have had. The fish was super flaky and prepared perfectly. The shrimp was fantastic and flavorful. They paired perfectly with the tartar sauce and the French fries were out of this world. The slaw was also super delicious. On top of all that the staff was very friendly and answered all my questions. I will definitely be coming back.
