IHOP

I'm giving my experience a 5 because the food was absolutely perfect. Honestly one of the best lunches I have had in such a long time. The cooks 100% know what they are doing. Our server was very nice. That being said, nice is great but it's even better when someone gets all of their food instead of only half of what they ordered. Multiple things were forgotten. I would not base my suggestion on going there on that one person. If you like breakfast food, and I mean really good breakfast food, go to IHOP. I had bananas fosters pancakes and the price for this insane amount of food that you get is cheaper than getting fast food. Our compliments to the chef. Everything that we ate was absolute perfection. Even my hash browns were nice and crisp which is usually something you have to ask for a

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ IHOP on Cooley Street truly goes above and beyond every single time. The customer service is absolutely amazing, the food is always outstanding, and the coffee is consistently great. We recently went for breakfast to celebrate my grandson’s 3rd birthday, and our waiter Marcela made the experience incredibly special. I had no idea they sang Happy Birthday, and when she asked my daughter and I if that was okay, we were so happy. My grandson’s face and reaction were priceless, and even the other customers chiming in made it even more memorable. We are from Connecticut, but whenever we go to IHOP, we only choose the Cooley Street location because of the exceptional customer service, food, and coffee. I’ve even seen waiters greet customers by name—something you rarely see anymore.

Staff is very nice but the place is filthy. Entering the door was covered in fingerprints and grime. The floor was greasy and clearly haven't been throughly cleaned in a long while. The table we were sat was gross and hadn't been cleaned after the previous guest. I had to ask for it to be cleaned. We weren't given enough utensils. Walls are dirty and dust was everywhere. Menus were sticky. Went to the bathroom to wash my kids hands and that's where I drew the line. It was filthy and smelled of sewage. I have never encountered such a smell. I will not come back. Someone is going to get really sick. Maybe that's when they will take cleanliness serious. I can't imagine what the kitchen is like.

I had a great experience at the IHOP on Cooley today! I ordered the Breakfast Sampler, and everything was cooked perfectly. The star of my visit, though, was the service. My server was incredibly nice and did a fabulous job, ensuring I had everything I needed throughout the meal. I’ll definitely be back for another visit. Highly recommend this location for anyone looking for a delicious breakfast and excellent service!

So earlier today my boyfriend and I stopped at this ihop and upon arriving the windows, including the door windows had multiple fingerprints on it and was very dirty… I could already tell they do not take care of their business and clean it properly. When we first came the man who sat us said absolutely nothing to us… not a greeting… nothing… tables were dirty, walls etc it grossed me out so much I told my boyfriend, “Let’s go to the one in Enfield since we’re going out there anyway” because if they’re going to have a dirty store that needs a deep cleaning, what makes me think the people preparing the food are being clean?? When we arrived to the Enfield location, I was greeted by a nice young lady and the business was very clean the food was 🔥🔥🔥🔥 but I’m so happy I made the right decision
