IHOP

Today we had an excellent experience here at IHOP in Shrewsbury, MA. We already liked it a lot, but we felt a difference in the quality of the food and the preparation of the dishes, the care in every detail. And with Nick's super friendly, attentive and efficient service. Excellent! Super! 😉

Everything sucked. From trying to walk in the (handicap) entrance that slammed behind me and took my sneaker right off my foot as i was trying to push my dad in his wheelchair and then there being a tiny section just big enough to fit a wheelchair before you come to another door thats basically impossible to open because of the wheelchair 🙄, to the terrible seating layout which has people crammed, to waiting forever to place an order, and then getting burnt fried eggs and food that looks nothing like the pictures. They should be embarrassed. I never like coming here but my dad likes to come here a couple times a year so i go with him but they never cease to dissappoint me. I put pictures of the menu next to the pictures of what was served.

Basically IHOP is a dinner so we don't expect much atmosphere, just good food and service at reasonable prices. This IHOP did good on everything EXCEPT their soft drinks, they cost almost $4!! Won't be going back and don't recommend this restaurant!!

We stopped in after an appointment. We were seated very quickly, the waitress very pleasant and efficient. The food was so good I took home an extra entree for my daughter.

I was there yesterday about lunch time and order their steak tips with broccoli and mash. Soon after I became very sick I got food poisoned. I called late last night left a message and no one ever got back to me. Horrible, never going back here.I will be calling the department of public health.
