IHOP

I called 3x to place a phone order but there was no answer, eventually found out that Day shift turns down the volume on the phone just not to take phone orders. Both waitresses in the IHOP restaurant were super helpful and apologetic about the situation, they rectified it by turning up the volume and provided a calm atmosphere with great customer service. They were definitely cleaning the restaurant and maintaining its appearance. The food was delicious, looked and tasted fresh, I ordered the chicken quesadillas and the chicken Florentine Crepes. I’m definitely appreciative of the cook for showing integrity through the meals they’ve prepared for me, honestly thankful to have enjoyed a great looking plate of food. Thank you

Had a great time at breakfast on a Sunday afternoon. Great food and attentive service. Food runner had our food out to us quickly. Hot tea and coffee nice and hot. Hit the spot on a snowy Arctic week.

After an extensive search for a satisfying breakfast, I recently had the pleasure of visiting IHOP, and I must commend the establishment for exceeding my expectations. Ms. Kathleen A. significantly enhanced my dining experience, providing a much-needed sense of tranquility following several demanding weeks of work. Therefore, I wish to extend my sincere gratitude to IHOP; your service is truly exceptional.

Had the Big Steak Omelette here and it was really good — hot, fresh, and cooked just right. The waitress was very friendly and attentive, service was quick, and the place felt clean and organized. Food came out fast even though it was busy. Solid IHOP experience, would stop here again.

3rd time here, never again. Great food, staff not so great. Giant dining area but they seat everyone in one section close to kitchen doors. Hearing waitress complain about the other waitress taking her customer. No refills on drinks or never ending pancakes until the check was brought and when I asked she seemed aggravated and asked what we ordered to make sure we could get more pancakes.
