Burger King

For the most part it's a typical BK. Once I didn't get my fries in my bag, and today the fries were cold. However the manager(?) Reid is the most outgoing person every time I visit. He greets everyone like a friend and makes you feel that you are valued as a customer. Once he gave me a couple extra cheddar bites just so I'd have enough to try the different sauces. Keep on shining sir, you really do make a difference! Check some of the other comments about Reid if you don't believe me.

Twice in the past month I attempted to pick up a breakfast sandwich on my way to work. I didn't time it but waited a good bit of time at the drive thru speaker and no one offered to take my order nor did they even jump on the speaker and let me know it would be a moment for them to get to me.

Reid was so warm and kind, turned a simple stop for food into a really nice interaction. He is the kind of person you always hope the best for. May the flip side of his pillow always be cold.

Reid definitely carries a trophy for customer service within heaven at the customers way. “Have it your way “. Thank you, Reid, you blessed me today.

Everytime we order from here there is always something wrong with our order. Today they gave us French fries and we ordered onion rings
