IHOP

We had a nice visit on National Pancake Day. Our local iHop was not celebrating, which was too bad, though they did have “bottomless pancakes” which sounds nice, but also deadly 😄 Our server was attentive, if a little robotic. The food arrived promptly, hot and was actually very good.

Went the 28th of December 2025, with my two boys and wife. We were seated at a smaller booth. Confused as my kids are younger and energetic, I kindly asked after ~20m if we could move to a slightly larger booth. The server had no issues with that and directed us to where we could sit. Finally we could place our order! The server walked away and we waited another 10m before we could place our order. The place was rather empty. So this was pretty upsetting. Two waitresses, only two tables occupied. When we placed our order I asked for my food, then the youngest, then the older child, and my wife's food last. The waitress returned and asked if we wanted sides for the children's plate, confused I said yes? She then offered applesauce as the side, perplexed as I asked for the 1 egg 1 sausage an

It’s the little things that bring me joy. I’ve been to plenty of breakfast spots where I ask for extra creamer and get maybe one or two. This IHOP completely exceeded my expectations. They didn’t just meet the request, they went above and beyond. The service was warm, attentive, and made me feel taken care of without even having to ask twice. On top of that, the food was exactly what I needed. Fresh, satisfying, and hit the spot perfectly. It’s small moments like this that turn a simple breakfast into a great experience. I’ll definitely be back.

My experience with IHOP was wonderful. My waiter was fast with our orders and prompt to seat us. I believe his name was Harry and he was rather busy, however he was quick to bring us our drink and food and was incredibly polite. Thank u for ur service, I will absolutely be returning bc this was our first experience here at this IHOP

They should learn how to treat people. There were two families with four kids, and they had no patience with us. As a family, our priority is to make sure our kids are comfortable and that we all have a great time. All we wanted was to sit together and enjoy a great meal. In the end, the waitress who stayed with us was great and very friendly. The one who attended us first was super rude. Everything else was great
