IHOP

So glad we decided to stop by a Friday night! Around 9:30pm. Our server miss Faye was excellent very friendly and informative! We really felt honored to go in and get her as our server! The food was excellent! Fresh and affordable! What more can you ask! Can’t wait to be back! Loved my pancakes etc!

First time in Metairie, LA. I went to this location a young lady by the name of Myalan L serviced me at first she was polite but then she went to the kitchen and I could over hear her and young man I believe the cook in the kitchen talking about their customers. Poor service. I also asked for shredded cheese and I got.. & I also asked for a spicy poblano omelette & I got.. not the omelette I asked for. It’s ridiculous. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!! & I CANT MAKE THIS ISH UP I ALSO FOUND HAIR IN MY FOOD. My hair is loc’d up so I know it wasn’t my hair and my hair isn’t the color that I found in my food!

Came after a concert so it was pretty late at night. Completely rude service. Brought my girlfriend here, her first time coming to a ihop. Silverware was sticky my coffee cup still had coffee on it from the last person. When checking out we looked inside the kitchen for a second because the door swung open. Someone was licking a plate. Like what kinda ihop is this???

When you go eat at a restaurant youre not suppose to feel like youre inconveniencing the staff. Our waiter was not very polite! I wont mention how my eggs were wrong.. your salary is based on tips. Do better!

Stopped here in the late morning to get a cup of coffee and to kill some time. First time at this location and I was very pleased. It's a little smaller than the one on Williams. After I ordered my coffee I started to realize from the prodding of my stomach that apparently I was hungry too. So I ordered some grits, hashbrowns and some bacon. My server asked me how I like my bacon which I didn't know I had a choice. Well it was crispy like I asked for and need I say delicious. The hash browns were great too. The grits were in a bowl, a big bowl. I assumed it was going to be in a cup or a small bowl. It was good but I had to bring half home after eating 4 slices of bacon and hashbrowns. Food was fast and service was good. I didn't wait at all. Maybe because I came in between breakfast and lu
