IHOP

Service was good but Food was just..ok..very plain & hashbrowns were overcooked...crepes had nothing inside and we're small...

This iHop is just before the grapevine. Had not been to one for a long time. It had excellent service, good food with reasonable prices. Eggs Benedict was tasty. Server was attentive. Bathrooms were clean

I was pleasantly surprised, the staff is very polite, you don't have to wait long for food, this is one of the best places I've had lunch.

The 2 stars for the waitress Breezee H. Otherwise too many issues with this venue. Waited to be seated sign. That's really meant wait forever to be seated. 3 families were waiting ahead of us on a busy Saturday afternoon. There only 2 table occupied with customers and the rest of tables were empty. However the other waiting customers all left they couldn't wait no more and we were getting to leave Breeze showed up and took us in. After waiting almost 30 minutes to be seated. Looks like a management and scheduling issues. Breeze saved the day and was very helpful and knowledgeable.

It’s ridiculous to have to wait for 30 minutes before getting seated when there are empty tables. And then be seated and wait another 20-30 minutes before you get waited on. When others come in after you and get served immediately. I and another driver were treated poorly! He had to get up and ask for assistance because he’s waiter ignored him completely when he asked for butter for his pancakes… seriously?!?! I’m sorry you people think so poorly of the ones that deliver your supplies to feed your family, children and other people who you wait on, on a daily basis!!! You should treat your truck drivers better especially since a lot of them are refusing to deliver to California now and you work inside a Petro truck stop!!!
