IHOP

The omelettes were over cooked. The grits and scrambled eggs needed seasoning. The server needed more server skills of enthusiasm. She was very knowledgeable about the menu. She checked on us twice. The atmosphere was new and quiet. Thank goodness.

My experience with this location in Gretna was absolutely amazing. We were pleasantly greeted as soon as we enter the service was outstanding. The restaurant was very well keep and very very clean. Not only did I receive amazing service in a very clean restaurant. The food was outstanding!!!!! Really didn't expect to get such good "Hot" food!!!!! They really made my dine in experience pleasantly amazing..... Thanks a bunch to the I-Hop Team in Gretna, LA. Keep up the good work!!!!!!

June 6, 2024: Super fast service even though it seemed like there was only on server. She was fantastic! I wish I could remember her name. Fast with refills, cheerful demeanor, and good with menu changes. Food was served hot and flavor was really good.

What I ordered vs what I got. Eggs Benedict is NOT a whole boil egg smh. I will not be returning to this location. .

The server was knowledgeable about the menu. More enthusiasm or smiles would have had me sold that you enjoy your career. The omelettes were overcooked. Turn down your fire chef!! The coffes didn't taste well at all. This IHOP was very clean and up to date which made the atmosphere 5 stars. No loud 🎶 thank goodness. We probably will not return if the cooking is the same.
