IHOP

Great food, fast service and awesome staff. Order the breakfast samplers for 4 people. The server Maria was great took the order with a smile and was quick to serve the food with a great attitude. Very busy on Sunday morning, but the professional staff was on top of it. The owner/management doing a great job in this location. Highly recommended.

This location seems to be quiet vs. the location in Arcadia. No wait to be seated and food is served quickly. I haven't had a disappointing meal at IHOP before. I highly recommend their Chocolate Chocolate Chip Pancakes. Those are usually my go to. However I did try their Pumpkin Spice Pancakes and those were delicious. Also, download the IHOP app, once you gain points, they have some pretty good deals.

Came here for a nice brunch and ordered chicken and waffles with coffee and the sirloin tip with caramelized onions and mushrooms and a substitute on the pancakes for the salad. I must say the service and atmosphere are impeccable. Very nice staff and place looks clean and very welcoming. This locations is very close to home so I enjoy the atmosphere and people that come here. Now for the food. And I'm just saying this from my own opinion, so please take it with a grain of salt because my taste buds might not be the same as yours. So, the chicken and waffles were underwhelming, it was quite salty and over battered. Had several small pieces and really for the price they offer of 17$ is very expensive for this dish. Anyone who's lived in Duarte forever, knows this place is a gem! I've been eating here with friends, family, even solo since 2010. This place has changed a lot, and seen some of my favorite staff members leave and grow, which is bittersweet. This location will always be my favorite, the quality is great, and they always seem to hire such caring and attentive staff. This location will always be my first choice, love ya'll : ).

My rating is based on this being an IHOP. It is 5 stars for an IHOP - not compared to any other restaurant that would be my preference. Only my partner ate here and enjoyed it. I thought the service was great! I only saw 1 lady working and she was amazing. She did it all. Everyone seemed very happy - so go you! The food was served very quickly too. If you are looking for an IHOP, this would be a good location.
